Product Usage
This grade 1 maize flour milling machine is to crush maize into powder,production capacity is about 1.5 tons per hour.
Raw material mainly adopts flint corn; moisture rate within 17%.The bulk density is greater than 710kg/L, and the hard corn rate is more than 70%.
Finished Products Standard: both corn grit achieve or exceed the China National Standards or according customer local standard . |
| Final products: Maize flour: 50-60% maize grit:15-20% Feed powder(bran,corn flour，black root ect):15-19% |
Product Features
1.The machine can be driven both manually and pneumatically;
2.The complete line includes three parts:
A: Cleaning part: Before the maize entering the crusher machine,it is cleaned completely to remove impurities including stones,iron...
B: Flour milling part: The maize is crushed into fine flour with different meshes,and grits as you like.
C: Packing section: Manual packing or auto-packing can be used in this line according to your requirement and production capacity. |
